Structure: R.C.C framed structure.

Walls: External walls with 6" solid concrete block & internal walls 4" solid concrete blocks.

Plastering: Lime Rendering finish for internal and external walls with Sponge finish cement plastering.

Doors: Main Door with Teakwood Frame with skin door shutter with brass fittings, remaining doors with salwood frame and skin door shutters.

Windows: 3 track powder coated alluminium window frames with aluminum glass sliding shutters and a mosquito shutter with M.S. Safety Grill.

Flooring: Vitrified tiled flooring with 4" skirting.

Kitchen: 30mm Granite counter top with stainless steel sink and glazed tile dado upto 2' above the counter.

Toilet: Glazed ceramic tiles dadoing up to 7'0" feet height, anti-skid tiles for flooring with sanitary fittings of Hindware/equal make with flush tank and provision of Geyser points and necessary C.P. fittings of Jaquar (commercial)/ equal make for common and attached toilets.
