WALLS: External Walls with 6" solid concrete block & internal walls 4" solid concrete blocks.

PLASTERING: Double coat Sponge finish for external walls and single coat sponge finish for internal walls.

DOORS: Teak wood frames for main door, Sal wood frames for other doors with designer skin moulded shutters.

WINDOWS: Anodized glazed Aluminium 3 track sliding windows with mosquito mesh and MS grills.

FLOORING: 24" x 24" Vitrified tiles flooring for living & Dining with 4" skirting all around and Granite flooring for common areas.

KITCHEN: Granite counter top platform and stainless steel sink and tiles dado up to 2feet above the counter.

TOILET: Bath fittings, Parryware/Hindware Sanitary Fittings, 12"x12" antiskid, ceramic tiles flooring and ceramic tiles dado with edge profiles, up to 7" height.
